Safety
Safety is our highest priority. We hold all subcontractors and suppliers to our high standards, and their safety statistics are carefully reviewed prior to any subcontracts being issued. As a result, we have earned an impressive .73 Experience Modification Rating. We have a Safety Committee consisting of upper management, middle management, and members of the field chosen by their peers. This system assures support from all team members and alignment with our goal of no injuries on the job.
Efficiency
To ensure that your project runs smoothly before and during construction, we keep everyone informed with weekly meetings, frequent schedule updates, monthly cost analysis, and field supervision. Maintaining transparency with our clients is the best way for us to create an efficient and successful experience. After your project is complete, we will train the appropriate personnel how to use any new mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. We are always available for questions and concerns that may arise after completion.
